A few clear photos are a good start

No cleaning or staging needed. Start with the front and back of the house and wide views of the main rooms. Where you can, photograph each room from opposite corners. For repairs or damage, include a wider view and a close-up. Tell us about leaks, repairs, or spaces you couldn’t photograph so we can ask better questions and explain what still needs checking.
