Scott Titus | Owner, Army Veteran
Hi, I’m Scott. My wife, Lillian, and I grew up in the St. Louis area and built Patriot here together.
I worked on the Patriot missile system while serving in the Army in South Korea. Our name reflects the pride I took in that service and the values I bring to our work: prepare carefully, take responsibility, and keep your word.
Today, I’m hands-on with buying and renovating homes. That experience helps me explain the repairs we expect, how they affect our offer, and what we can handle for you after the sale. You don’t need to fix up the house or apologize for its condition before we talk.

Lillian brings the market knowledge, design eye, and listing experience to our team. She is a licensed real estate agent with Magnolia Real Estate and serves on its leadership team.
Her perspective helps homeowners compare a direct cash sale with listing on the market, including the preparation, time, and costs each involves. Listing services are handled separately through Magnolia Real Estate.
